1. About ScanTaste
ScanTaste provides digital menu, QR-based menu access, and related restaurant technology services to restaurant owners, cafés, and food businesses.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use ScanTaste.
You must be the owner or authorized representative of the restaurant or business.
3. Account & Registration
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity done through your account will be considered your responsibility.

ScanTaste offers monthly and yearly subscription plans.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments once made are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Free Trial (If Applicable)
Free trials are provided only once per restaurant/business.
ScanTaste reserves the right to end a free trial at any time without prior notice.
6. Service Usage Rules
You agree NOT to:
Upload false, misleading, or illegal content
Misuse QR codes for fraudulent activities
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt ScanTaste services
Use ScanTaste for unlawful or unethical purposes
7. Menu Content Responsibility
Restaurant owners are fully responsible for menu content including:
Prices
Item names
Descriptions
Images
Taxes and allergens
ScanTaste is not responsible for incorrect pricing or customer disputes.
8. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
ScanTaste is not liable for business loss due to downtime.
9. Data & Privacy
We collect and process data as per our Privacy Policy.
Restaurant data will not be sold to third parties without consent.
You grant ScanTaste permission to store and process data to provide services.
10. Intellectual Property
ScanTaste platform, design, logo, and software are our intellectual property.
You may not copy, resell, or redistribute ScanTaste services without permission.
11. Termination
ScanTaste reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate your account if:
Terms are violated
Payment is not completed
Illegal or abusive activity is found
You may cancel your subscription anytime, but no refunds will be issued for remaining periods.
12. Limitation of Liability
ScanTaste is not responsible for indirect losses, including:
Loss of revenue
Customer complaints
Food quality issues
Maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to ScanTaste.
13. Modifications to Terms

Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
